2020.04-至今,中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所,研究员。

2014年获中国科学院院长优秀奖;

2015年获中国科学院优博论文奖;

2016年获中国电子学会优博论文奖;

2018年获中国电子学会科学技术二等奖;

2020年获浙江省自然科学一等奖。

 

研究领域:

  • 主要从事新型信息存储材料、器件及功能集成研究,包括:多场下的离子输运与物性调控、忆阻器、柔/弹性神经形态晶体管等;
  • 承担基金委重大研究计划培育项目、面上项目、中科院稳定支持计划项目课题、浙江省基金委重大项目、宁波市重点研发等项目;
